Welcome to Ticketboss . These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of event tickets through our platform. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Ticket Purchases
All ticket sales are final. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• All sales are processed securely through our payment gateway.
• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order before completing the purchase.

In the event that a refund is allowed the turnaround time for processing is 30 working days

3. No Refunds Policy
All ticket sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Event cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling (unless otherwise specified by the event organizer).
• Change in personal circumstances or inability to attend the event.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
• Changes in artist line-up where the show continues as per the date stipulated.

4. Event Changes and Cancellations
The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to event details, including venue, date, time, and performing artists. If an event is canceled or rescheduled, the organizer will determine any available refund or exchange options, if applicable. We are not responsible for issuing refunds unless explicitly stated.

Changes to the artist lineup do not qualify for a refund or ticket exchange unless specified by the event organizer.

In the event the organisers deem a refund acceptable, an admin fee of 20% – 50% will be deducted.

No refunds will be issued for shows/events that have been postponed.

5. Ticket Usage and Entry

• A valid ticket is required for entry to the event.
• Tickets may be subject to verification at the venue.
• The event organizers have the right to refuse entry under their terms and policies.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any losses, injuries, or damages incurred as a result of attending an event. Your attendance is at your own risk.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
